Our Facilities
Located on 10¾ acres in Harrow, Ontario, our primary production shop spans 49,900 sq ft with an additional 2,500 sq ft of office space. Adjoining the main plant is our 19,200 sq ft powder coating and assembly facility (with 2,400 sq ft of covered outdoor storage), allowing us to finish products in-house and deliver them in vibrant, long-lasting colors. By stocking a broad inventory of wire rod (both indoors and outdoors), we uphold a standard 2–3 week turnaround for custom mesh orders, with the flexibility to expedite urgent requests when necessary.
Products & Services
- Conveyor Guard Mesh: Fabricated from bright drawn mild steel, our welded guard mesh maintains shape at every intersection and is available in standard 2″ × 4″ configurations or fully custom sizes up to 8′ × 10′ panels. Multiple color options—including standard RAL9003 white, grey, yellow, orange, black, and green—are applied via our in-house powder coating process, with custom color matching also available.
- Wire Mesh Containers: Our heavy-duty rigid and collapsible containers feature welded wire mesh reinforced with 1/8″ to 3/8″ wire, supporting loads from 1,200 lbs up to 6,000 lbs and stackable four high. Ergonomic drop gates, open-top designs, and options like pallet surrounds and runner bars ensure high visibility, efficient forklift access, and versatile material handling.
- Fabricated Custom Guarding: We provide turnkey framing solutions for overhead and pass-through guarding, combining standard conveyor mesh with structural tubing or angle iron—finished hot-dip galvanized or powder coated to customer specifications.
- Components: From locks, loops, and hinge clips to slide guides and feet, we supply all the necessary hardware for container repair and new builds, ensuring reliable performance and easy maintenance.
- Fencing: Our welded wire fencing systems are engineered for high security and vandal resistance, with durable powder-coated finishes that withstand harsh environments.
- In-House Powder Coating: Supporting parts up to 4′ × 8′ × 16′, our facility applies exterior-grade polyester powder coatings in a wide color palette—standard and custom—to protect against corrosion and extend product life.
